He has assisted in building and owning in excess of 800 residential housing units and in excess of 100,000 square feet of office buildings. As a banker, he assisted in funding in excess $700 million in over 300 companies both domestically and internationally. Walter as a BPO and IT Service Company owner had 5 customer service centers both domestically and internationally with over 800 customer service seats and 1,600 customer service representatives. He was a Director, Administrator and Shareholder of Montgomery Ward Travel, a provider of full travel services to eight million Montgomery Ward customers and credit card holders. Additionally, he was advisor to Freedom Travel, Inc. TraveLeaders Group and Hickory Travel Systems, Inc. An advisor to Bright's Creek Residential Resort, Trinity Healthcare Advisors, Inc., BC Realty Advisors, Inc., BC Realty Partners, LLC., and Trans World Shipping Limited, Inc), Taylannas, Inc.-SpeechMED+, Fuego Enterprises, Inc. His areas of expertise span strategic financial planning and funding; change management and turn-around acumen, infrastructure development that marries operations and technology requirements, and highly focused sales and marketing plans targeted on Go-To-Market, Market Penetration, Revenue Expansion, or Exit Strategies. Mr. Giordano started his career at Federated Department Stores where he gained years of retail training and management experience that created the foundation for a successful management career in Latin America, Europe and the United States. Pasquale was the Co-Founder of Promark/Zemex, an international distribution company that was merged with CHS Electronics in May 1994. This new company was taken public in 1997. Pasquale was the 2nd lead member of the IPO team that raised $474 Million making this the largest IPO recorded, at that time, for a computer distribution company. He served as the EVP & COO of CHS EMEA and was instrumental in the growth to the third largest distribution company in the world. In 1999, Pasquale co-founded S.F.T.G. Associates International consulting company. S.F.T.G. Associates was hired by three Fortune 1000 companies to assist in the incubation process of new ventures and to identify divisions that could be taken public.
In 2000, one of these companies, I2 Technologies, hired Pasquale to lead its Ventures group. In 2003 Pasquale was the CEO of Visionlab Telecommunications Inc. Visionlab was an International ASP solution company, providing an infrastructure to cost effectively deliver fax communications worldwide. In the 2 years under his stewardship the company increased its revenue by 250%. Pasquale left Visionlab to join a sister company Venali Inc. as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Venali is an International company with offices in, Miami, UK, Germany and Singapore providing mission critical messaging solutions to the Government, Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies. The company has realized a 100% growth under M r. Giordano’s leadership. Venali was sold to a hedge fund in the UK in September 2006. Pasquale joined SafeMedia a first stage Technology Company as the President and COO. SafeMedia had developed a paradigm changing patent pending copyright technology. He was Instrumental in transforming the company from a development company to an operating company focused on Business Development, Strategic Relationships and Revenue. The company achieved product acceptance and revenue in 150 days under his leadership. He was personally involved in securing a pilot agreement with the nation’s largest ISP for pro duct testing and deployed the test product in their lab in less than 150 days. Pasquale and two partners have started Working Capital Exchange (WCE) a revenue producing Florida merchant services company that has created a marketplace where small and medium size companies are able to secure affordable working capital and business growth services to grow their business. Pasquale has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, City University, New York. He currently resides in Miami with his wife.
Felix L Madera
Felix Madera is a global hospitality leader with over three decades of senior level experience that includes positions with luxury resorts, boutique hotels and condominium real estate projects. Mr. Madera has participated in all phases of hotel real estate development, construction of new facilities as well as property renovations throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Mr. Madera’s strengths include navigating the diverse cultures of domestic and international market places and business opportunities that deliver a focused approach to a growing bottom line of profitability. Mr. Madera’s specific skills are domestic and international project management with a unique knowledge of all areas of hotel operations, multifacility operational expertise with development of revenue sources, P&L forecasting, strategic planning for acquisition of new development opportunities and as an international brand ambassador with in-depth problem resolution capabilities.
From 1971 through 1982 he was active in various branded worldwide hospitality opportunities. From 1982 through 2017 Mr. Madera participated in the worldwide expansion of Sonesta Hotel Corporation achieving the position of Executive Vice President International. Currently Mr. Madera is a consultant on new business opportunities in all phases of real estate and hospitality development with special emphasis on senior management and operations.
Mr. Madera is a graduate of the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico Metropolitan Campus which he attended from 1967 through 1971 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. Mr. Madera also attended The Cornell School of Hotel Administration, at Cornell University and participated in various Executive Education Programs. Mr. Madera resides in Coconut Grove, Florida and Rutherford County, North Carolina and is the proud father of five children and two grandchildren
Dick Perlmutter has over 30 years of experience in commercial and institutional architecture and construction administration. With such firms as OMA/Rem Koolhaas, Arquitectonica, Spillis Candela /AECOM, Little, and as an independent practitioner, he has served as a designer and senior project manager on large commercial and institutional architectural projects, including K-12 schools, college and university, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, cultural, and governmental facilities. He has functioned as point person from project inception through closeout and occupancy, managing design, production, and construction contract administration phases. Duties also included pre-design assessment of existing facilities to determine feasibility of various programming, constructability, budgetary, and phasing options. Dick also has significant experience in property condition assessments for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM E2018, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac protocols, and customized client formats. Dick has performed Remediation Design projects, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Small Loan PCAs, Construction Progress Monitoring, Construction Cost Reviews, Regulatory Compliance Assessments, and Forensic Engineering Assessment Reviews. Dick attended Oberlin College graduating with a BA, The Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies and The Diploma School of the Architectural Association of London. Dick live in Charlotte North Carolina with his with and 2 children
