Walter Kolker
Walter Kolker, Founder, Executive Managing Director and a Partner of US Funding LLC, Ramses Energy Partners LLC, US Energy Partners LLC, US Realty LLC, Trinity Healthcare Advisors, Inc., BC Realty Advisors, Inc., Tryon Horse Farm LLC and Trans World Shipping Limited, Inc. and has 60 years of business experience as a banker, builder, developer, and co-owner of a multinational business process outsourcing and information technology services company. Walter at his BPO and IT Service Companies had 5 customer service centers both domestically and internationally with over 800 customer service seats and 1,600 customer service representatives. Walter has assisted in building and owning in excess of 800 residential housing units and in excess of 100,000 square feet of office buildings. As a banker, Walter has assisted in funding in excess $700 million in over 300 companies both domestically and internationally. Walter was a Director, Administrator and Shareholder of Montgomery Ward Travel, a provider of full travel services to eight million Montgomery Ward customers and credit card holders. Additionally, Walter was advisor and shareholder to Freedom Travel, Inc. TraveLeaders Group and Hickory Travel Systems, Inc. and Bright's Creek Residential Resort. Walter is an advisor to Taylannas, Inc.-SpeechMED+, and Aviation Without Borders USA. a registered not for profit 501 (c)-(3) entity. Walter holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Parson College and attended Seton Hall University to obtain a Master’s Degree and was a member of the United States Air Force. Walter is married and lives in Coconut Grove Florida and Tryon North Carolinas and is the proud father of five children.

Peter is a Founder, President, CEO, Chairman of The Board of Directors and Shareholder of Trans World Shipping Limited Inc. and Trans World Cruises. Peter has officially represented the country of Belize in the maritime industry and developed the Belize Register of Shipping Inc. Peter is also the Deputy Registrar of Belize flag state in the USA. Peter. graduated from the Metsovion University in Athens where he received his degree in Naval Architecture and Marine engineering. He continued his studies and graduated from prestigious Lloyd’s Academy in London, England. Peter is a member of The Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers (SNAME), a member of the Greek American Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Cambridge Institution. USA named him Professional of the Year 2011, representing the Marine Engineering Industry. Peter resides in both Florida and Greece and is the proud father of three children
James Q. Nolan
James Nolan is a Managing Member and Partner at US Funding LLC, Ramses Energy Partners LLC, US Energy Partners LLC . and US Realty LLC. Jim is the retired Executive Vice President Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of United Trust Fund, a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of single tenant net leased real estate. For the past 25 years, United Trust Fund, a privately owned real estate investment company, has completed more than $2 billion of sale- leaseback and build- to-suit net leased real estate projects. Jim is also an investor, officer and director of numerous related companies and businesses formed for the purpose of holding title to the net leased real projects. Jim is a registered principal with the NASD, is a Registered Investment Advisor with the State of Florida and holds a Florida and Georgia real estate brokers license. He previously served as the President of MDC Equities, a wholly owned subsidiary of a NYSE-listed corporation and as Senior Investment Officer for First Capital Companies, a publicly syndicated commercial real estate investment company. Jim graduated with high honors from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is now a member of the Corporation of Northeastern University Boston and serves on the financial affairs committee. Jim is a past member of the advisory board for Commercial Property News and has been published in numerous professional and trade magazines on the subject of credit net leases. In addition to his heavy business schedule, Jim is active in numerous community and professional organizations and has held leadership positions, served, and actively participated in numerous non-profit and charitable organizations, including Chairman of Temple Beth Am Board of Trustees, Board member of the Dave and Mary Alper JCC, and Vice Chairman of the New World School of the Arts Foundation Board. Mr. Nolan is also an active contributor and supporter of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way of Miami-Dade. Jim’s is additionally developing an inner-city multifamily development, land and lot acquisitions, and commercial projects. Felix L Madera
Felix Madera is an advisor to US Funding LLC and its affiliates is a global hospitality leader with over three decades of senior level experience that includes positions with luxury resorts, boutique hotels and condominium real estate projects. Felix has participated in all phases of hotel real estate development, construction of new facilities as well as property renovations throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Felix’s strengths include navigating the diverse cultures of domestic and international market places and business opportunities that deliver a focused approach to a growing bottom line of profitability. Felix's specific skills are domestic and international project management with a unique knowledge of all areas of hotel operations, multifacility operational expertise with development of revenue sources, P&L forecasting, strategic planning for acquisition of new development opportunities and as an international brand ambassador with in-depth problem resolution capabilities. From 1971 through 1982 he was active in various branded worldwide hospitality opportunities. From 1982 through 2017 Felix participated in the worldwide expansion of Sonesta Hotel Corporation achieving the position of Executive Vice President International. Currently Felix is a consultant on new business opportunities in all phases of real estate and hospitality development with special emphasis on senior management and operations. Felix is a graduate of the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico Metropolitan Campus which he attended from 1967 through 1971 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. Felix also attended The Cornell School of Hotel Administration, at Cornell University and participated in various Executive Education Programs. Felix resides in Coconut Grove, Florida and Rutherford County, North Carolina and is the proud father of five children and two grandchildren

Dick Perlmutter
Dick Perlmutter is an advisor to US Funding LLC and its affiliates and has over 30 years of experience in commercial and institutional architecture and construction administration. With such firms as OMA/Rem Koolhaas, Arquitectonica, Spillis Candela /AECOM, Little, and as an independent practitioner. Dick has served as a designer and senior project manager on large commercial and institutional architectural projects, including K-12 schools, college and university, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, cultural, and governmental facilities. Dick has functioned as point person from project inception through closeout and occupancy, managing design, production, and construction contract administration phases. Duties also included pre-design assessment of existing facilities to determine feasibility of various programming, constructability, budgetary, and phasing options. Dick also has significant experience in property condition assessments for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM E2018, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac protocols, and customized client formats. Dick has performed Remediation Design projects, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Small Loan PCAs, Construction Progress Monitoring, Construction Cost Reviews, Regulatory Compliance Assessments, and Forensic Engineering Assessment Reviews. Dick attended Oberlin College graduating with a BA, The Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies and The Diploma School of the Architectural Association of London. Dick lives in Tryon North Carolina with his wife, and is the proud father of five children and Teddy the dog.
